About Dr. D’Wan J Carpenter
Dr. D’Wan J. Carpenter, D.O. is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with the American Board of Physical Medicine (ABPMR) and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AOBPMR) and the founder of DJC Physical Medicine Consultants. She is a respected physician, speaker, independent medical examiner, life care planner, and disability expert. Dr. D’Wan has experience in all post-acute care settings including inpatient rehabilitation, subacute rehabilitation, and outpatient clinical rehabilitation where her expertise in musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions is used to determine patient’s functional levels and future medical care.
